I Can't belive the changes with " Microsoft "

"I can't believe", what I heard on the news today about big time businessman Mr. Bill Gates. He has stepped down from his thorn at Microsoft. I have been using "Windows" for years. I do know that times have changed drastically.Know there are so many free distributions of OS. I really wonder what this means for Windows future.

"It was stated on the news that Mr Bill Gates" has stepped down as chairman and will be relieved from daily goings on within Microsoft. Mr Bill Gates will still remain on the board of directors.

Really what does this mean for its " Windows Users".

I guess we soon shall, see !

Outsourcring work

I have been in search of outsource companies to work for. I have researched a few from Internet, such as: Elance, Ifreelance and Guru. I have found lots of information on Elance. Elance.com seems to be the website, which is highly recommended.

I will try Elance.com for work, first.

About ZOHO Word processor !

I found a great tool from the internet. I was doing some searching on the internet and found a great website called www.zoho.com . The website has a free wordprocessor and whole lot of free office usable stuff. Guess what! "no downloading needed".

This a great site if you are a person like me, who works from home.

Radio fantastic !

Another day of success for me. I plan on starting my very own a radio show on Blogtalkradio. I love all forms of media , when it comes to the Internet. I am currently working on some ideas right now for my upcoming shows. I will be adding them to my blog shortly. STAY TUNED !!

The hardest thing while being in business for yourself is staying on a schedule. It is quite easy to fall off track.There are so many distractions available while running a home business.

Here are some prime examples of household distractions:

3.) Household Chores

Solutions:

1.) Keep a organizer.
2.) Try to work while the children are asleep.
3.) Let family and friends know that you are busy at certain times of the day.
4.) Treat your business like a business.

I love this awesome tool from Google, It's called ScribeFire.

It is an add on for your Modzilla Firefox add-ons. This is must- have for any blogger to have. The other benefit is that it is free.

Tax Time

Today a is day where I manage to get all my receipts together.

"Oh Boy" , the dreaded taxes. I is this where I take time out of my business, to do taxes.

I know what you all must be thinking ? . Why don't I just hire accountant to do this for me. I am just a little to old fashion for that. I really enjoy doing things for myself.

Organizing !!

As a work- at -home mom . It can be hard sometimes to get my work done.

I usually have to spread out my activities and execute a daily routine. It is amazing to see how much, I actually fit into my day.

"You are probably wondering", what it is I do from home ? . I am a Freelance Writer/Blogger. In this day in age , I can't imagine myself doing any other occupation.
Getting up in the morning to write ,writing ,simply gives a thrill.

However , it can sometimes be difficult to write with my children screaming in the background.
